Altloom is operated by Martin Valach as a founder-led software product. This page explains what data Altloom handles, why it is handled, and the basic rights you have as a user.
1. Who operates Altloom
Altloom is operated by Martin Valach. The public product site is available at app.altloom.com. For contact requests related to privacy or support, use info@martinvalach.cz.
2. What data Altloom handles
- Account data such as name, email address, and workspace name.
- Billing and subscription state processed through Stripe.
- Connected WordPress site data needed for activation and sync.
- Uploaded source images and generated output files during processing.
- Generated image metadata and related job history.
- Basic technical logs required for security, stability, and support.
3. Why Altloom handles this data
- To create and maintain workspace accounts.
- To process subscriptions, payments, and usage limits.
- To generate optimized image variants and metadata.
- To connect and sync media into your WordPress site.
- To secure the service, detect misuse, and troubleshoot failures.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Altloom does not store full payment card details on its own servers. Stripe acts as the payment processor for subscriptions and related billing events.
5. Image processing and storage
Altloom processes uploaded source images in order to generate output variants, metadata, and optional WordPress uploads. Processing data may be stored temporarily for job execution, download delivery, and operational recovery. Temporary export data is not intended to be a long-term asset library.
6. Third-party services
Altloom currently depends on third-party services including:
- Stripe for payments and subscription billing.
- OpenAI for AI-assisted image metadata generation when enabled.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers required to run the service.
7. Security
Altloom applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect accounts, billing state, WordPress activation data, and job processing flows. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Retention
Account, billing, and job records may be retained for operational, legal, and support purposes. Temporary files and generated exports may be removed according to system cleanup policies or when they are no longer needed for delivery.
9. Your rights
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of your personal data. Reasonable identity verification may be required before fulfilling such requests.
10. Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated as Altloom evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
