Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Altloom. By creating a workspace, starting a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
Altloom is a software service for batch image optimization, AI-assisted metadata generation, and WordPress media delivery.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that happens under your workspace. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or managing billing details.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is billed through Stripe according to the plan you select. Subscription scope, image limits, and connected site limits are governed by the active pricing plan shown in the product at the time of purchase.
Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use Altloom for unlawful or abusive activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass billing, usage, or access controls.
- Do not interfere with the service, infrastructure, or security mechanisms.
- Do not upload material that you are not authorized to process or publish.
5. WordPress integrations
You are responsible for the WordPress sites you connect, including their content, credentials, administrator access, and plugin usage. Altloom provides the tooling to connect and deliver media, but you remain responsible for the target site environment.
6. Intellectual property
Altloom, its software, workflows, branding, and related materials remain the property of their owner unless explicitly stated otherwise. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the software to you.
7. Availability
Altloom is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Reasonable efforts may be made to keep the service stable and secure, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Altloom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service. You are responsible for verifying the outputs before publishing them to live sites.
9. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated, if billing obligations are not met, or if continued access would create security, legal, or operational risk.
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use of Altloom after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Contact
Altloom is operated by Martin Valach. For product, support, or legal contact, use info@martinvalach.cz.
